FASSAWALL FIRESTOP FR TAPE
The Fassawall Firestop FR Tape is specifically designed for construction applications requiring high fire-retardant performance (e.g., high-rise buildings). It provides permanent waterproofing, repair, and vapor-tight sealing of joints in construction. Applicable to various materials, including glass, steel, concrete, stone, wood, aluminum, and more. The adhesive bond strengthens over time.
Application Guidelines
The materials to be processed must be free of dust and grease. The substrate should be dry and sufficiently firm to allow the tape to be pressed down properly. The harder the tape can be pressed, the better the adhesion.
For optimal adhesive strength, an overlap of 30 mm is required.
